On 26 January 2025, the Grenada Customs and Excise Division joins customs entities across the globe in the annual observance of International Customs Day 2025.
This year’s theme, “Customs Delivering on its Commitment to Efficiency, Security, and Prosperity,” underscores the critical role Customs Administrations play in facilitating cross-border trade, border security, and improving doing-business practices worldwide.
The Grenada Customs and Excise Division remains fully committed to its vision and mission and reassures the public of its prioritisation of improving operational efficiency, enhancing compliance, and advancing trade facilitation with integrity, transparency, and professionalism.
The division extends its warmest congratulations to all Customs Officers throughout Grenada, Carriacou, and Petite Martinique on this significant occasion. Their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to law enforcement, revenue collection, and our country’s collective security and prosperity foster economic growth and ensure sustainability for the future.
As we observe International Customs Day, let us recognise our collective responsibility to enhance trade facilitation while preserving our environment for future generations. Together, we can achieve our vision of a first-class customs administration that upholds integrity and professionalism in all our endeavours.
