CHARTER YACHT CREW
Positions Available:
TradeWinds Yacht Support Grenada Limited is looking for 5 charter-yacht captains and 5 charter-yacht first mates/hosts to join our new fleet of term-yacht charter catamarans, based in Grenada.
- All crew members should already have sufficient experience in the charter yacht industry and should be fluent in English
- Being able to speak a second international language is also a must
Crew must hold the following qualifications:
Captains:
- RYA Yachtmasters Offshore captain’s ticket with Commercial Endorsement (or equivalent) and all STCW certificates
First Mates/Hosts:
- RYA Dayskippers ticket, all STCW certificates and Food Safety and Hygiene Level 2 certificate.
Residents from Grenada with sufficient experience and all the required qualifications and skills are preferred.

YACHT SUPPORT MANAGERS
Positions Available:
TradeWinds Yacht Support Grenada Limited is looking for an operations manager and base manager to manage our 4 term-yacht charter catamarans, based in Grenada.
Both managers should have at least 2 years’ experience in similar management positions, and at least 5 years’ charter experience as crew on yachts.
They need to hold the following qualifications:
Base Manager:
- RYA Yachtmasters Offshore captain’s ticket with Commercial Endorsement (or equivalent) and all STCW certificates
Operations Manager:
- RYA Dayskippers ticket, all STCW certificates and Food and Safety and Hygiene Level 2 certificate
Yacht support managers with the required experience, qualifications and skills who are residents of Grenada are preferred.
