Geron Noel, 42 years old, Businessman of Boca, St George was arrested and charged for the offences of Attempted Non-Capital Murder, Grievous Harm, Possession of an Illegal Firearm, and Possession of Ammunition.
The charges were laid against Noel following the shooting incident which took place at Conference, St Andrew, on 19 October 2023, involving himself and a resident of Corinth, St David.
Noel appeared at the Grenville Magistrate’s Court on Monday, 23 October 2023, and was granted bail in the sum of $35,000 with 2 sureties. He is required to surrender all travel documents, report to Grenville Police Station every Tuesday between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm and have no contact with the virtual complainant in this matter.
He is scheduled to return to court on Monday, 29 January 2024.
