The Grenada National Basketball Association (GNBA) in collaboration with Focused Dream Forward Foundation (FDF) from Toronto Canada, will be holding a 3-day camp for girls and boys 8 to 13 years at the La Borie Indoor Sporting Complex.
The camp starts on Friday, 1 September from 9 am to 4 pm, and ends on Sunday, 3 September.
CEO of FDF John Wiggins who is also the Operations Manager of the Toronto Raptors arrived with his team yesterday at the Maurice Bishop International Airport (MBIA) where they were greeted by members of the GNBA Executive: President Kester Elcock, Vice President Ryan Joseph and General Secretary Rondell Joseph.
Acting Coordinator of Sports Jerry Alexis and Ian Thomas, Advisor in the Ministry of Sports were also there to welcome the team of 5 officials from FDF. General Secretary of the Caribbean Basketball Confederation, Velica Augustin is one of the officials who made the trip from St Lucia to be a part of the camp.
