Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a Telescope, St Andrew resident on Saturday, 6 April 2019.
Kindon Mitchell, 37 years, Vector Control Officer was found hanging in the doorway of his bedroom sometime after 1:30 am. An autopsy report revealed that he died as a result of asphyxia by hanging.
