A 23-year-old St George resident has been arrested and charged in connection with a slew of financial crimes.
Kenisha Charles, 23-year-old, unemployed of Woburn, St George is accused of stealing from her former employee, a retired judge. She is facing 5 counts of forgery, 5 counts of uttering a forged document, 8 counts of fraud by false pretense and 8 counts of money laundering.
Charles was granted bail in the sum of $25,000 with 2 sureties and will appear at the St George’s Magistrate Court on Thursday, 14 December, 2017.
