Management for Development Results Course Scholarship

The OAS Department of Human Development, Education and Employment and the Centro Internacional de Estudios Interdisciplinarios (CIESI), in Peru, are offering scholarships under the PDSP–PAEC Program (partial scholarships) for the course, “Management for Development Results.”

Details:

Dates: 31 October 2016 to 3 February 2017
Modality: Online
Duration: 3 months
Language: English
Benefits: 50% partial scholarship (Recipients will be responsible for the payment of the remaining 50% of the tuition fee: US$500)
Certification: Certificate of completion by the International Centre for Interdisciplinary Studies (CIESI)

Course Requirements:

  • Must have an academic degree, especially in social sciences
  • Be a citizen or permanent resident of an OAS Member State, with the exception of those residing in Perú as it is the host country and candidates who are not living in their home country, must send a copy of their visa
  • If you were awarded an OAS Professional Development Scholarship in the past 12 months, or if you currently hold an OAS Scholarship for Academic Studies, you are NOT eligible to apply for another Professional Development Scholarship.

The application form must be completed online and can be accessed at: www.oas.org, where prospective applicants will find the announcements of the Professional Development Scholarship Program (PDSP) courses. The applicant can then click on the one he/she is interested in, go through the end of the page and then find the “Continue” button which will direct the applicant to the online form that he/she must fill out.

The deadline for receiving the applications in Washington, DC will be 21 October 2016.
