Hon. Oliver Joseph, Minister for Economic Development, Planning, Trade & Cooperatives will deliver the feature address at a Special Meeting of CARIFORUM Officials called by Caricom, to consider the Draft 11th European Development Fund (EDF) Caribbean Regional Indicative Programme (CRIP).
The Government of Grenada will co-host the meeting at the Radisson Grenada Beach Resort, Grand Anse from 31 March to 1 April, 2014. The main objective is to arrive at a further Revised Draft CRIP for further consideration by CARIFORUM States. Discussions will focus on the Revised Draft Proposal emanating from the meeting of the CARIFORUM Programming Management Committee (including comments received from CARIFORUM States on the Draft Proposal and other related documents).
