After 2 days on the run, Jayar Ross was recaptured just before 6 am on Friday, 11 November 2016 — during a police operation in Hope, St Andrew.
Ross who has been charged with 2 counts of housebreaking and stealing, is also facing a charge of escaping lawful custody.
