Police have identified the body of a man who was recovered from the waters of the Carenage, St George’s as that of Lionel “Weatherman” Charles, 45–year–old of Cotton Bailey (Concord), St John.
Charles, whose body was submerged in the water, was discovered by a passerby just after 8:30 am on Thursday, 28 July 2016.
An autopsy has been scheduled to determine the actual cause of death.
Police investigations continue.
