The Political Leader, National Executive Council and Members of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) congratulates Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Finance of Grenada, Mr Timothy Antoine, on his appointment as the Governor of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB).
