The National Water and Sewerage Authority (Nawasa), as part of its Capital Expenditure Programme, is undertaking improvements to its physical infrastructure throughout the State of Grenada.
In line with this commitment, Nawasa invites suitably qualified and interested parties to submit bids for the Petite Esperance Operator’s Building Renovation Project.
Scope of Work
The scope of this project includes:
- Demolition of internal wall sections
- Construction of new internal partitions and roof
- Installation of finishes, fittings and sundries
- External works, including construction of concrete pavement
Bid Requirements
Interested parties may request the Bills of Quantities electronically via email from [email protected] and [email protected].
A mandatory site visit will be conducted on 2 June 2026 at 10 am sharp at the Nawasa Carenage Office. All interested parties are required to meet at the Petite Esperance Operator’s Building, St David. Completed bids must be submitted no later than 15 June 2026 at 3 pm.
