The incumbent will play a pivotal role in managing all day-to-day marketing activities, developing comprehensive sales and marketing plans, and driving brand growth and market presence.
Key duties include:
- Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to develop and execute long to medium-term company/brand plans
- Develop and implement annual and monthly sales and marketing strategies
- Manage P&L, advertising budgets, and local market performance reports
- Protect and grow brand equity
- Foster relationships with external customers, contractors, and suppliers to enhance operations
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales or Business Administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with AX Dynamics
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a corporate marketing, advertising or sales environment
- Knowledge/Ability to conduct market research and statistical analysis would be an asset
- Must be an excellent communicator (oral and written) with commercial acumen and proven leadership skills
- Must be able to work collaboratively at all levels
- Must be highly organised, customer-focused and self-driven
- Must have a clean Police Record
