The Credit Union of Grenville invites applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the position of Card Services Supervisor.
Role:
The Card Services Supervisor is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the Debit Card department, including but not limited to daily workflow, coordinating activities with our card processor and personnel, and providing exceptional customer service to facilitate the optimal performance of the International Debit Card programme.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting or a related discipline
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Card Services or financial services environment
- Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Excel and Word
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Good project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior knowledge of the card services industry, including the card associations’ operating rules and regulations would be an asset
