The Grenada Food & Nutrition Council prepares to stage its annual National Schools Nutrition Quiz in the coming days.
Fourteen schools will compete on the Primary level in a bid to defeat defending champions Woburn Methodist School. The Primary competition takes place on Thursday, 20 April, at the Grenada Youth Centre, Morne Rouge, St George. The quiz runs from 9 am to 11 am, followed by an awards ceremony from 11:30 am.
On the Secondary level, 6 schools will compete in a zonal competition on Friday, 21 April from 9 am to 11 am. Defending champions, The St George’s Institute, get an automatic seat in the Final, carded for 28 April at the Grenada Olympic Committee building, Morne Rouge, St George, from 9 am to 11 am, followed by an awards ceremony from 11:30 am.
Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 schools in each competition.
