The Traffic Department of the Royal Grenada Police Force notifies the general public and in particular motorists that there will be a restriction in vehicular traffic along the Maurice Bishop Highway on Sunday, 16 September 2018 as follows:
- Effective 8 am to 11 am the left lane of Maurice Bishop Highway from True Blue roundabout in the direction of Sugar Mill will be closed to vehicular traffic.
- Effective 11 am to 2 pm the left lane from Sugar Mill roundabout in the direction of Maurice Bishop International Airport will be closed to vehicular traffic.
This temporary closure is to facilitate repair work to be done by the National Water and Sewage Authority (NAWASA) in the vicinity of True Blue roundabout.
Motorists using this route are advised to use Frequente, The Limes, Dusty Highway Public Road or any alternative routes to get to their destination.
