Prime Minister, Dr the Rt Hon. Keith Mitchell, and his entire team at the Government Information Service, mourn the loss of Mr Hildebrand James, who drowned at sea early Easter Monday.
Hildebrand worked at the GIS as the Technical Director, and was a valuable member of the team, rising through the ranks over the years.
Mr James, who passed away at the age of 45, was a native of Birchgrove in St Andrew, but resided at Mt Parnassus, St George.
Our most profound sympathy to his family and friends.
May his soul rest in perfect peace.
