The three persons charged with the robbery and murder of Anthony Frederick were recently sentenced to a total of 34 years imprisonment.
Che Phillip was sentence to six years; Kenny Morain to 10 years and Albert Griffith — the one who pulled trigger was sentenced to 18 years.
On the night of 08 February 2008, the three according to police argument entered the All Class Supermarket in Black Bay which is owned by Frederick and his wife Wilma to rob the business. During the fracas the businessman was shot and the robbers got away with cash.
The three were caught within a couple hours.
