The National Disaster Management Agency (NaDMA) has received reports of a marine incident involving the MV Dolly C, which occurred on Friday, 7 March 2025, in the area of the Maurice Bishop International Airport.
Efforts have been made by local entities to assist the operators of the vessel which included pumping water and removing cargo.
A meeting was held at the NaDMA Operations Centre on Tuesday, 11 March, to discuss the situation and establish a plan of action to salvage the vessel.
The relevant authorities will monitor this developing situation closely and take any necessary action to avoid further negative impacts.
