The Land Tenure Regularisation Programme, under the Ministry of Agriculture and Lands, Forestry, and Marine Resources is wrapping up Phase One.
This phase focusses on issuing title deeds to individuals with allotted crown land who have made full payments for the lot, but have yet to receive a title deed. At the same time, those who completed payment for allotted crown land but for whom there is no Cabinet Conclusion, are being provided with the opportunity to be regularised and be issued with a title deed.
The Government’s Land Tenure Regularisation Project began on 2 May 2024. To raise awareness of the programme and gather the necessary information, field officers visited 150 crown land settlements and more than 1,000 households throughout Grenada and Carriacou.
The ministry is aware that for a variety of reasons, its field officers were unable to contact some people who paid for allotted crown land, but had not obtained a title deed. The ministry intends to process and deliver the title deeds by the end of December 2024.
Phase Two of the programme is now in the early stages of implementation. It will target more than 5,000 allottees who obtained land by Cabinet Conclusion but have not completed payments within the time frame specified by the Crown Lands Act Cap. 73 of the Revised Laws of Grenada 2010.

I have been trying over 8 yrs to get deed to the land where I live ,the ministry or land keep saying they will call me or look in to it but when I call for an update nothing is being, most recently they cannot find my files or record when is was there before ,I got my law to help same results ministry keep saying they will look into it but nothing is being done .I have been speaking with field agents for the regularization programe they are no help ,keep saying will look into it but not results
