Ariza Credit Union informs our valued members that on Sunday, 24 March 2024, our computerized systems experienced a cyber-attack. As a precautionary measure, our systems are currently offline and will remain so on Monday, 25 March and Tuesday, 26 March 2024. This means that in-branch systems, ATMs, online services (AMIE), and Point of Sale will be unavailable at all locations and inaccessible online.

We understand the importance of these services to our members and assure you that your deposits with us remain secure. We are prioritizing efforts to swiftly restore normal operations. Our dedicated team is working diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Ariza Credit Union sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and is committed to providing you with the highest level of service and support as we work towards a resolution.

We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

Ariza
