Grenada Electricity Services Ltd. (Grenlec) advises customers that its Customer Care Centre at Grand Anse will temporarily close on 8 June 2026 and reopen on 6 July 2026 to facilitate essential repairs to the building.
During this period, customer care services at the location, including applications and in-person bill payments, will not be available.
Customers are encouraged to make use of the company’s digital and third-party services to make payments, get billing information, manage accounts and access other services:
- Grenlec.com
- The Grenlec Mobile App
- 24-hr Automated Telephone Bill Inquiry Service by calling 237
- Other Customer Care Centres or approved third-party payment services, namely Bill Express at Western Union, the River Sallee Credit Union and online banking services offered by Republic Bank and Coop Bank.
Customers who typically use the cheque drop box at Grenlec’s Grand Anse location may continue to do so during the closure period. However, customers are reminded that cash should never be placed in the cheque drop box.
Grenlec is putting measures in place to minimise disruption to customers and team members during the repair period and appreciates the public’s patience and understanding while the work is completed.
