What you’ll do:
- Drive the implementation of GTA’s Global Marketing Strategy
- Lead collaborations with local marketing service providers and external contractors
- Manage advertising logistics, media placements and campaign performance
- Oversee digital platforms to ensure top-tier content, engagement and responsiveness
- Plan and execute regional and international trade/consumer events
- Manage the marketing budget and reporting insights to senior leadership
- Provide strategic support to overseas offices and industry stakeholders
- Enhance and integrate new/existing tourism products for promotional success
What you’ll bring:
- Knowledge of global current affairs affecting the tourism, hospitality and travel trade
- Knowledge of effective sales and promotional methods
- Networking and negotiating skills
- Ability to compile complex reports in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to analyse information and evaluate results.
- Proficiency in budget management, change management, leadership, team motivation and performance management.
- Knowledge of the Grenada tourism product would be an asset.
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in the following or a combination of Marketing, Sales Management, Tourism and Hospitality, Public Relations
- At least 5 years’ work experience at a managerial level
