Jonas Browne & Hubbard Grenada Limited (Hubbard’s) officially brought its 5th annual Live Free for 1 Year Promotion to a celebratory close on Tuesday, 30 December 2025, at the Esplanade Mall Courtyard, marking the culmination of a 9-month campaign that began in April and positively impacted customers and the wider community.

The closing event ran from 3 pm to approximately 5:30 pm and was hosted by Donally D Blackman (Mr), Marketing Officer at Hubbard’s, alongside local media personality, Aruna Neptune. Throughout the afternoon, the hosts reflected on the scale and significance of the promotion since its launch, highlighting the numerous prize winners and the generous contributions of the promotion’s corporate sponsors, which made the initiative possible.

Grand Prize Winner Announced

The most anticipated moment of the afternoon came with the announcement of the grand prize winner — Mr Randolph Andrew of Top Hill, Carriacou, who successfully unlocked the winning key and drove away in a brand-new GAC EMZOOM.

Grand prize winner Mr Randolph Andrew of Top Hill, Carriacou, shares a celebratory moment with Mr Osmond Henry, General Manager of Jonas Browne & Hubbard Grenada Limited, following the final draw of the 2025 Live Free for 1 Year Promotion

Mr Andrew expressed heartfelt gratitude for the opportunity to participate, describing the win as a truly life-changing experience.

Finalists and Entertainment

This year’s 5 finalists — Murica Charles-Brathwaite, Blossym Noel, Randolph Andrew, Accabre Lee and Karena Fletcher — each selected a box containing a key, which they used in an attempt to unlock the prize vehicle. Before the decisive moment, finalists and attendees were treated to a soulful saxophone performance by Lyndon Langdon, adding a memorable and elegant touch to the proceedings.
