A Team RUBIS donation is energising New Life Organisation’s mission to develop young people personally and professionally with Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).

The boost came as RUBIS presented an EC$3,000 voucher for essential groceries and supplies, along with two 100-pound Rubigas cylinders from Rubigas distributor, Huggins Petroleum, to support the Grenadian facility’s daily residential operations.

Marketing and Job Placement Manager Dale Neptune accepted on behalf of New Life Organisation (NEWLO). “Our focus is to provide students with a well-rounded education and the practical skills they need to navigate their daily lives,” Neptune said.

The marketing manager’s sentiments received support from student beneficiaries from the Culinary and Fashion Departments, who attended the presentation and stated that the programme has had a profoundly positive impact on their lives. They noted that the residence experience has helped them grow personally and professionally while opening doors to new opportunities in their respective fields.

Areen Lewis, RUBIS Accounts Executive, reaffirmed the company’s strong commitment to youth development and community empowerment. She noted that RUBIS recognises the vital role institutions like NEWLO play in shaping the future workforce and proudly supports the growth and advancement of young people nationwide.

“This programme offers trainees a meaningful opportunity to learn, practice, and strengthen the skills essential for their future success, and RUBIS remains dedicated to investing in initiatives that uplift communities and create sustainable pathways for the next generation to thrive.”

Catoria Jeremiah, Sales and Marketing Coordinator with RUBIS, highlighted the spirit of togetherness and the strong support the Company continues to provide. She emphasised the value of collaboration and reaffirmed RUBIS’ commitment to working closely with partners to ensure the continued success and development of the programme.

Huggins Petroleum Representative Kizzy Bartholomew expressed the company’s strong commitment to supporting educational institutions and youth development across Grenada. Bartholomew noted that initiatives like the NEWLO Residence Community play a vital role in shaping well-rounded, capable individuals. She reaffirmed the company’s pride in contributing to such meaningful programmes.
