1. The Government of Grenada has received financing from the Global Environment Facility (GEF) in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) toward the cost of the Climate-Resilient Agriculture for Integrated Landscape Management (CRA) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Renovation Works at Maran Propagation Station in St John
2. The Ministry of Agriculture, Lands and Forestry now invites quotations from eligible Bidders for Renovation Works at Maran Propagation Station in St John
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive procurement using a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Public Procurement Act & Regulations
4. Interested eligible contractors may obtain further information and all the relevant documents from the Project Focal Point Joseph Noel at [email protected] during office hours between 8 am and 4 pm
5. The RFQ documents, in English language, may be requested by interested eligible contractors via e-mail to the e-mail address mentioned above. The documents will be sent in PDF and Word format
6. The signed Contractor Quotation Form along with the priced Bill of Quantities and the Technical Proposal must be delivered in hard copies in a sealed envelope to the address given below or in PDF format via the Central Procurement Unit’s e-procurement platform (https://in-tendhoStco.uk/GND) on or before 31 October 2025. Submissions must be done before 3 pm (Eastern Caribbean Time) if submitting on 31 October 2025. Late submissions will be rejected.
