Assignment Title: Non-Consultant Services for the OECS Harmonised Labour Force Survey (LFS) (Supervisors)

Background:
The Grenada Central Statistical Office (GCSO) is conducting the OECS Harmonised Labour Force Survey from 13 October 2025 to 31 March 2027. Supervisors will ensure the quality and accuracy of data collected by enumerators.
Objective of the Assignment:
The GCSO seeks qualified Field Supervisors to oversee enumerators, validate data, and ensure adherence to survey protocols.
Scope of Work:
- Supervise 3–4 enumerators and ensure understanding of district boundaries
- Assist enumerators with initial household interviews
- Conduct spot-checks and verify completed questionnaires
- Review errors, provide feedback, and ensure correction of rejected questionnaires
- Upload validated data to survey headquarters regularly
- Ensure confidentiality under the Oath of Secrecy
- Maintain proper care of issued equipment
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to supervise and provide feedback to enumerators
- Familiarity with survey software and map navigation
