Location: Carenage, St George’s
We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll Clerk/ Front Desk Representative.
This position requires someone who is professional, organised, and capable of managing both payroll-related tasks and front desk responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Handle queries related to employee compensation and benefits
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Manage incoming calls and outgoing calls
Requirements:
- At least 5 CSEC subjects English or Mathematics
- Previous experience in payroll processing is preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and payroll software
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- A welcoming and professional demeanour
