Specific Procurement Notice: Public Invitation to Tender (PIT) for goods

Contract Title: Procurement (Supply and Delivery) of Water Tanks

1. The Government of Grenada has received financing from the Global Environment Facility (GEF) in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) toward the cost of the Climate-Resilient Agriculture for Integrated Landscape Management (CRA) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement (Supply and Delivery) of Water Tanks
2. The Ministry of Economic Development, Planning, Agriculture and Lands, Forestry, Marine Resources and Cooperatives now invites bids from eligible Suppliers for the Goods described in ANNEX 1: Purchaser’s Requirements, attached to the PIT document
3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Public Invitation to Tender (PIT) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Public Procurement Act and Regulations
4. Interested eligible suppliers may obtain further information and all the relevant documents from the Project Focal Point, Joseph Noel, at [email protected] during office hours between 8 am and 4 pm
5. The PIT document in English Language may be requested by interested eligible Suppliers via email to the email address mentioned above. The document will be sent in PDF and Word format by email
6. Bids are to be submitted via the Central Procurement Unit’s online platform in the form of scanned non-editable images using the forms attached at ANNEX 2: Bid Forms. The deadline for submission of bids is 25 April 2025 at 3 pm Eastern Caribbean Time (ECT).
7. Only electronic copies of bids are required. The online link for the submission of bids is https://in–tendhost.co.uk/gnd/aspx/Home.
