Paradise Beach Club (PBC), Carriacou, is seeking to hire a culinary leader with a passion for crafting exceptional dining experiences.
PBC is the premium destination on Carriacou for locals, expats, day-trippers, and yacht owners, offering a vibrant and sophisticated atmosphere.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have:
- Minimum 5 years of culinary experience in busy, high-end restaurants
- Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Strong understanding of Caribbean cuisine and international culinary trends
- Excellent organisational skills with a focus on cost control and inventory management
- Understanding of all food safety and sanitation guidelines as required by the Government of Grenada
Responsibilities
- Create new dishes, focusing on local ingredients
- Supervise and oversee all kitchen staff
- Lead and supervise in the preparation of all dishes
- Design menus that enhance the customer’s culinary experience
