Each new year promises a new beginning for us all; but what can be more meaningful than the joy of new life?
As we usher in the new year, Republic Bank extends warm congratulations to the mothers who welcomed their little bundles of joy into the world on 1 January 2025.
Two moms, Leyann Alexander and Moesha Mason are blessed to share this extra special feeling, and the bank joins in celebrating new beginnings with the happy moms and their families. The births were both registered at The General Hospital; first was Leyann’s baby boy at 4.57 pm, followed by Moesha’s baby girl at 5.03 pm.
Each mom was gifted with a basket of baby supplies by the bank. “We are so excited to celebrate with all the mothers who gave birth on 1 January,” said Mavis Mc Burnie, General Manager Operations at Republic Bank. “We wish both families the very best, as they begin this beautiful journey. May this new chapter be filled with hope, love, endless possibilities.”
The gesture to recognise babies born on New Year’s Day has been the bank’s tradition for several years. Republic Bank remains dedicated to supporting families and communities through initiatives like this.
