- Food and Beverage Manager
We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Lance Aux Epines Cottages, a family-run beachfront resort. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of managing successful food and beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of the Sand Bar’s food and beverage operations, including sustainable menu planning, inventory management, and budget control
- Ensure exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience for all guests
- Manage and train a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Implement effective systems and procedures to optimise efficiency and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licencing regulations
Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar role
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in inventory management and cost control
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices

We are seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead by example, balancing cleaning duties with light supervisory tasks to maintain high standards across the property, ensuring every guest feels right at home.
Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate daily housekeeping tasks with management
- Clean guest rooms, public areas, and staff quarters to high standards
- Assign tasks to housekeepers, oversee their completion, monitor progress
- Assist with training and guiding the housekeeping team
- Manage housekeeping inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Inspect rooms and public areas after cleaning to maintain quality
- Report maintenance issues and assist across departments when needed
- Oversee the provision of personalised guest services
Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in a housekeeping role and 1 year experience as a supervisor, within a hotel or hospitality environment
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
- Great attention to detail, particularly in the guest rooms
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and trustworthy, with the ability to supervise a diverse team
- Some experience in Microsoft Office, Gmail
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s licence is an asset

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, providing solutions to enhance their stay
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared and ready for guests
- Process payments and maintain a balanced cash register
- Assist in managing the phone system and responding to calls in a courteous manner
Requirements:

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to draft professional emails and manage correspondence with clarity and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with hotel management systems is a plus
