Position Overview:
We seek a dynamic and creative Marketing Officer to join our team and play a crucial role in promoting our SaaS products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, have a deep understanding of Eastern Caribbean markets, and possess the skills to communicate the value of our solutions to potential clients effectively.
Objective
The Marketing Officer is responsible for developing, articulating, and executing the marketing strategy for all Metarelic’s SaaS products. This role also involves establishing and maintaining relationships with key industry partners and media outlets and monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for our SaaS products
- Create compelling content for various digital platforms, including our website, social media, and email campaigns
- Collaborate with the product team to understand new features and translate them into marketable benefits for our target audience
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the Caribbean business software market
- Manage and optimise our digital marketing channels to increase brand awareness and lead generation
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, industry partners, and influencers in the business community
- Plan and execute marketing events, webinars, and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions
- Analyse marketing campaign performance and provide regular reports on KPIs and ROI
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop materials that support the sales process and help convert leads
- Stay informed about emerging marketing technologies and SaaS industry trends
Performance Criteria

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry
- Experience with B2B marketing is a plus
Skills and Core Competencies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing software, social media management tools)
- Knowledge of the Caribbean business landscape and cultural nuances
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in building and scaling our platform.
Position Overview:
As a critical member of our development team, you will lead the design and implementation of server-side logic, manage our central database, and ensure high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership potential, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of our PHP-based web application, collaborating with developers and UX designers
- Architect and implement efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in software development
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design principles are followed
- Implement robust security measures and data protection protocols
- Design and optimise database schemas, queries, and stored procedures

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development
- Experience in leading development projects and mentoring junior developers
- Advanced proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework
Skills / Core Competencies
- Strong knowledge of frontend and backend frameworks eg. TailwindCSS, Laravel, Livewire and Alpine.js
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Proficient in database design and optimization for both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Good understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles
- Proven track record of writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
