On Saturday, 31 August 2024, Blast agents Lesron Frank and Tyrone Frank partnered with Blast to provide 400 school packs to parents in St George’s and Victoria with back-to-school supplies, including notebooks, exercise books, pens, pencils and crayons.

Blast’s role in this initiative was to match the contribution of school supplies purchased by each agent.

As the new school year approaches, many families face the challenge of ensuring their children have the necessary supplies to succeed in their studies. Recognising this need, these Blast Agents came together to organise a donation drive, aiming to provide essential school supplies to students whose families might be struggling to afford them. With the support of Blast Gaming, the initiative doubled the number of parents who were assisted during this critical time.

The impact of this initiative goes beyond the immediate provision of supplies. It also sends a powerful message of support and solidarity to families, showing that they are not alone as they navigate the challenges of preparing for the school year. The smiles on the faces of the parents who received the packs were a testament to the initiative’s success. Blast is committed to giving back in Grenada and is proud to support Blast agents in hosting nation-building initiatives like this one!
