The Grenada Bar Association and the public are notified that there will be no sitting at the No. 1 Magistrate’s Court from Monday, 8 April 2024, through to Friday, 12 April 2024, to facilitate required judicial training.
Please be advised that matters scheduled for those days have been re-scheduled as follows:
- Matters previously fixed for Monday, 8 April 2024 have been rescheduled to Tuesday, 6 August 2024
- Matters previously fixed for Tuesday, 9 April 2024 have been rescheduled to Thursday, 8 August 2024
- Matters previously fixed for Wednesday, 10 April 2024 have been rescheduled to Wednesday, 31 July 2024
- Matters previously fixed for Thursday, 11 April 2024 have been rescheduled to Monday, 19 August 2024
- Matters previously fixed for Friday, 12 April 2024 have been rescheduled to Friday, 14 June 2024
The department apologises for any inconvenience that this temporary interruption may cause.
The office will be opened for regular office-related matters during the regular working hours of 8 am to 4 pm.
Temporary interruption of Magistrate’s Court and Court Offices
The public is notified that there will be no court sitting at the St David’s Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday, 9 April 2024 to facilitate the attendance of judicial training.
In addition, please be advised that the following Magistrate’s Court offices will be affected:
- Carriacou and Gouyave: Tuesday, 9 April 2024, no cash services available
- Sauteurs and St David: Wednesday, 10 April 2024, no cash services available

The respective offices will be opened for regular office-related matters the following work day from 8 am to 4 pm.
