Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily front-end operations, including cashiering, customer service, and bagging
- Train and supervise front-end staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficiency
- Monitor and manage cashier performance, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
- Implement and enforce cash handling procedures
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure smooth overall store operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a retail setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure
- Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
