RfP: Brand Consultant for Grenada Citizenship by Investment Unit

Introduction

The Grenada Citizenship by Investment Unit, hereafter referred to as the “Unit,” is a leading investment migration programme mandated by Grenada Citizenship by Investment Act, 2013 to specialise in processing applications for individuals and families desirous of acquiring a second citizenship through investment in our National Transformation Fund or one of our Approved Projects.

As we strive to enhance our brand presence and further establish our position in the global market, we recognise the critical role that branding and strategic marketing play in achieving our organizational goals.

Purpose

The Citizenship by Investment Committee/Unit invites marketing/branding firms to submit proposals for Brand Consultancy Services. The selected firm should have extensive experience in comprehensive brand strategy development.

Scope of Works

The contracted firm will be charged with but is not limited to:

Brand Assessment & Analysis:

1. Conduct a comprehensive brand audit to evaluate our current brand positioning and identity including logos, colors, typography, and visual elements
2. Analyse market trends, competitors, and target audience to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth

Brand Strategy Development:

1. Develop a clear and compelling brand strategy that outlines our unique value proposition, brand positioning, and key messaging that aligns with the Unit’s vision and goals
2. Recommend branding initiatives, campaigns, and activities to enhance brand visibility and recognition

Brand Identity Enhancement

1. Create a brand identity package, including but not limited to logos, colour schemes, typography, and visual elements
2. Create brand guidelines and standards to maintain consistency across all marketing collateral and touchpoints

Marketing & Communication:

1. Provide recommendations for improving the Unit’s website and online presence to align with the new brand strategy
2. Develop a content strategy that includes messaging guidelines, tone of voice, and content creation recommendations
3. Assist in the creation of marketing collateral and materials, such as brochures, presentations, and digital assets
4. Suggest digital and traditional marketing channels and approaches to engage our target audience effectively

Brand Implementation:

1. Provide guidance and support during the implementation phase to ensure alignment with the developed brand strategy and identity
2. Measure and report on the effectiveness of brand initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed

Qualifications & Experience

The Brand Consultant or agency should possess the following qualifications:

1. Proven experience in brand strategy development and brand management
2. A strong portfolio showcasing successful brand projects in related industries
3. Expertise in market research and analysis
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
5. Understanding the Investment Migration industry is a plus
6. The Consultant should have a minimum of 8 years of experience working on brand-related projects. Experience in the financial services or legal industry is advantageous

Evaluation Criteria

Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

1. Demonstration of expertise in brand consulting and a track record of successful projects
2. Understanding of the Unit’s objectives and industry
3. Clarity and thoroughness of the proposal, including the proposed methodology
4. Alignment with our project timeline and budget expectations
5. Creativity and innovation in developing the brand strategy
6. References and client testimonials

References

Provide at least 3 references from past clients for whom you have provided brand consulting services

Submission Guidelines

1. The timeline must include key milestones and deadlines for completion
2. Cost estimate must include a breakdown of fees and expenses
3. All proposals must be submitted electronically to the Chief Executive Officer at [email protected] with the caption ‘Brand Consultant Application” no later than 31 October 2023
