Life Quality Sports Inc. (LQ Sports) hosts its 3rd Annual LQ Classic Junior Table Tennis Tournament on 3-4 March 2023 at the Grenada Youth Centre, Morne Rouge, St George, Grenada.
This year, the tournament will feature top junior players from Grenada competing against regional players from Dominica, Barbados and St Vincent and the Grenadines.
The LQ Classic will be open to Boys and Girls in the Under-13 (U13), U15 and U19 categories.
The tournament serves off at 5 pm this Friday and will climax on Saturday evening with a prizegiving ceremony for the top performers.
The tournament is open to public spectators with no entrance fee.
Event Co-ordinator for the LQ Classic Wilbur Thomas, said the inclusion of regional players this year will help raise the standard of the sport in Grenada as it will give local players exposure playing against their junior counterparts. He said the intent is to raise the standard of the tournament and see it grow to become a premiere junior table tennis tournament in the region.
