The inward investment it promotes has led to the creation of sustainable long-term employment, specialist training and the general broadening of skills for numerous Grenadians.
JOB SUMMARY: The Receptionist will be responsible for positively representing the CBI Unit by creating a good first impression when greeting customers, whether on the telephone or in person, by taking the necessary steps to ensure their queries/needs are responded to promptly and to ensure all packages delivered to the front desk are processed in accordance with the Unit’s policies & procedures, while providing day to day administrative support to overall business.
PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Experience: At least 3 years experience in a service-oriented organisation operating the telephone, responding to inquiries and processing package deliveries. Competence in performing basic data entry functions.
Education: Associate degree (or equivalent) in Business Studies, Office Administration or any equivalent combination of education, experience and training which provides the required knowledge and skills.
Technology: Competence and experience in using a range of software, including MS Office suite, Google Apps and Adobe.
Competencies: Customer service behaviours, proper telephone techniques, basic accounting skills, package handling, time management.
