The unvaccinated skeptics will live in fear till they get infected and then will wish they had the vaccine – by then it’s too late . It’s happening all across the world – many in the US . No one or thing should play with your life ! Nothing …. Science is the answer

  2. Rebecca says:

    Still not taking it.

It seems that no-one on this thread has seen the latest VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Reactions )reports from Dec 2020 – the present day these figures include over 675,000 adverse reactions which include 14,556 Deaths – over 77,000 Emergency hospital visits – over 18,000 permanent disabilities plus – 413 birth defects . Reading the Metro is not giving you any overall picture of what is really happening .The UK has a Yellow Card Reporting System where adverse Reactions are reported and in Parliament this week it was staged that over 100 people have died due to the Vaccines . So get your information from government sponsored Vaccine Reaction reporting systems and not sensationalized free newspapers .

    • Free thinker says:

Sorry that should read over 1000 deaths not 100 for UK

      • anthony slaine says:

The very misleading figure you are quoting is the number of elderly people with underlying health problems, who ALREADY HAD COVID, & died within 28 days of vaccination over a 12 month period. Stop spreading lies & misinformation to try & prove a non existent point.

    • anthony slaine says:

I don’t know which report you are getting your made up figures from but I have just read the same report which says 0.02% adverse reactions, mainly allergic reactions. Stop your false scare stories.

    • Joe lembo says:

If you go on the UK government site, ons.gov.uk and search for vaccine adverse reactions,, you can download all the data on Monthly basis and you will discover that this is a complete lie.
An adverse reaction is like a scratch. Covid will chop you in half.
      Make your choice

Why are you reading stuff you can’t properly interpret and posting your twisted version here to suit your views? What are you trying to do, increase Grenada’s death rate?

Better use of time is listening to Grenadian Neurologist Dr. Nedd. Thanks to Cosmos George for posting this in another article.

Using the ons.gov.uk population estimate, you are more likely to die in a car crash than complications from a covid vaccine. You are more likely to die from covid than from complications from a covid vaccine.

So you anti-vaxxers out there who got covid, survived and are very proud of yourselves, consider that others may not be as lucky and need the protection of a vaccine. Already 47 Grenadians gone in less than a month.

  4. anthony slaine says:

I have just read on another page from Grenada News that PAHO (Pan American Health Organisation) has just estimated that within two weeks 50% of Grenadians will be infected. Get vaccinated for FCUKS sake. Why be so dumb & resistant when you know you are likely to get it & maybe die from it.

  5. Freddy Baldwin says:

Below are stories of unvaccinated people dying of covid. In most cases these people were very vocal about not being jabbed and didn’t even live to regret their stupid decisions.

Go ahead and joke with covid….

I completely agree, people are being very selective in what information they want to receive. Once they catch Covid they may change their minds, if it is not too late.

  6. Jazmine Charles says:

With so many people in Grenada refusing to get the vaccine the virus has found a good home there. It will have its way on the island and spread death on a daily basis. Visitors will stay away, the economy will begin a collapse as the government will have little income from taxes, hotels will lay off workers, the path ahead is not a good one.

  7. anthony slaine says:

This is scary. Just watching Mickey Live from yesterday, mostly talking about Covid 19, mentioning that some people who have been tested positive & are going out & about, whilst being contagious & openly bragging about it, they should be locked up in isolation in prison. The other thing 888 comments to his video, I only read about 100 but approximately 50% were anti vax. One even said “Close down the Covid ward in hospital, it is all fake”. Another said “The government should be doing something about this”, don’t they realise, in their stupid brain, the government is doing something about this? It is called a vaccination program.

  8. Thomas says:

I had two AstraZenega and one Pfitzer shots already. Today I will get the last Pfitzer shot. I do not feel bad about it because first, nobody seems to want it and second, the vaccination will expire soon.

    • anthony slaine says:

In Grenada? I didn’t know they were doing booster jabs already.

      • Thomas says:

Yes, all in Grenada. As soon as I realized they are giving booster shots in Europe, I did not hesitate to register for vaccine again. This time at the clinic in the community. As nobody seems to want the vaccine, I feel better to be protected as good as possible.

    • Observer says:

Easy Thomas. Glad you feel safer, but for health reasons I would advise the general population to follow proper guidelines and use the vaccines as directed. Right now, there is no guidance on getting fully vaccinated twice (4 shots total) with two different vaccines. Efficacy and safety on doing this was not studied.

Anyone else considering this, so far guideline states that getting fully vaccinated (2 shots) with one type of vaccine – AstraZeneca or Pfizer – gives strong protection against serious illness and death. It’s unnecessary to get fully vaccinated using both vaccines.

People who keep saying we need a three week lockdown to completely stop the virus are not thinking it through properly. For this to have any chance of working everybody would have to not leave their homes for three weeks, hospital, care & hospitality workers would have to stay at their places of work for three weeks. Everybody would have to go & stock up with enough food for three weeks, this would empty the supermarkets before everybody could get enough. Anybody who dies during this three week period would stay where they died, spreading stench & disease. No police could be out for three weeks (the criminals will be out & about though). No ambulances for seriously ill, they will just add to the corpses. No garbage collected – more disease.
After three weeks reopen & clean up. Even if corona virus is gone it will come back in from somewhere & the cycle starts again.
Get real – vaccination along with space, sanitation, masks & fresh air is the only way out of this.

    • Ron says:

Exactly. I am in agreement with you.
This virus will be with us for years to come. We have to learn to live with it.
Are we going to continue to lock down for the next few years?
      Lockdown is not the answer.
Answer is to Vaccinate, wear masks, social distance and frequent hand washing.
Also, Antigua govt yesterday passed a law making vaccine mandatory for all. Now that took courage.

      • Joe lembo says:

Vaccination should be compulsory for all health workers, people in the tourism industry, police and those that deal with the public. No vaccine, no vendors licence , no job

    • Taly James says:

      Really?

      • anthony slaine says:

Yes almost really. Just read it on Antigua news. All public sector workers must be vaccinated by 1st October. All countries should follow suit, many already are, the governments should be setting a good example. If people are prepared to lose their jobs over this so be it. Any organisation, public or private can change their terms of employment at any time without having to issue a new contract. If you don’t like it you have three choices, take it, leave or go on strike. I would fully support anyone going on strike for justified reasons but refusing to be vaccinated is not one of them.

        • Freddy Baldwin says:

This mother and daughter were care workers and refused the jab, now they are dead. The daughter was young and had no underlying issues.

Grenadians beware and protect yourselves, your loved ones, and your fellow citizens.

Don’t follow the ignorant nonsense you read online.

          https://metro.co.uk/2021/09/16/mum-and-daughter-both-die-of-covid-after-refusing-to-get-the-jab-15270987/

          • anthony slaine says:

Very sorry to hear that but vaccine hesitancy & ignorance are big killers.

            • Rebecca says:

              Vaccine hesitancy never killed anyone.

              • Joe lembo says:

It has killed millions worldwide. .you have FREE vaccines where many countries are desperate for them .
                Gift horse?

              • Mo Lester says:

                Please stop spreading disinformation.
You reserve the right to not take the vaccine but stop trying to convince others to not take it.
You belong to a large group of selfish, grossly misinfomed people, and having large numbers of people agreeing with you doesn’t mean you are correct.

              • Freddy Baldwin says:

People like you are the problem.

              • Rebecca says:

Most people on this thread are dumb and uneducated. Please take your shots because I am never taking it. My profession RN who worked through Covid.
