Honourable Gregory Bowen has been appointed Acting Prime Minister in the absence of Dr the Right Honourable Keith Mitchell.

Dr Mitchell left the state today on previously arranged personal business.

Although concerned about the country’s increase in Covid-19 cases, the Prime Minister is unable to further delay his trip, the primary purpose of which is to undergo his annual medical check-up. It is the Prime Minister’s first trip outside of the state since the start of the pandemic and as such, his annual medical is more than a year overdue.

Dr Mitchell will return to the state on 28 August.

Honourable Bowen will act in the capacity of Prime Minister during Dr Mitchell’s absence.

Nothing new here as the PM allegedly goes to the US to undergo his yearly checks which is nothing new due to his age etc.
I don’t think he has the strength to fight as he did before and now it is the best time to take a more relaxed approach and give some of the others a chance to fight .
He knows that they don’t stand a chance without him being at the forefront as has been from the start.

I wonder how many Grenadans can afford to go abroad for a medical check for 6 days

for real — and how did he make that money? He was a math teacher for a second and then politician ever since, yet he’s a millionaire??

Nonsense eh? I wonder how many people really noted that. The man in power all these years and has not fixed the hospital then flies out to leave us to use the dump he refuses. And the same people who can’t afford to pay bus good much less fly for medical treatment voting for him because he could “talk and dance” then when they sick, is numerous motorcade to get donation. When when when will Grenadians wake up and demand more than debushing…… the sad thing is the minority who thinking clearer are outnumbered by the majority who are comfortable with the eyeliners like debushing, Imani, etc… I am sure that millions for debushing would have gone a long way to a better hospital. Same Minster of Health does fly out too. God help us here yes.

“Annual medical checkup”. Are Grenadian doctors not good enough for the Right Honourable one? And does SGUSOM not describe itself as a world class medical school? We will not even mention Grenada’s benefactor – China. And is Keith not a man of the people? Is home grown medical care not good enough for him? Is some exculpatory fact missing from this Press Release?

I watched his address to the nation last night and I kept thinking that the prime minister seem to be making a lot of involuntary muscle movements. I hope his medical check-up proves helpful in this regard.

At first I thought he was listening to some good soca in the background. o;)
Had the current regime made the necessary investments in our national healthcare system, as well as ensure qualified medical professionals deliver a high standard of care, things could have been different. So sad that the PM has to travel and put himself at risk during Covid.

Those are also known as adverse effects of the vaccine. If they are caused by the vaccine, it means that the so called spike protein or a part of it has entered his brain.
In the brain it can cause all sort of problems, including Parkinson like symptoms.
There is no cure for that, it will only get worse.
