The National Water and Sewerage Authority (NAWASA) is seeking a consultant with specialised knowledge and wide experience in Job Classification, Salary Scale Review and Performance Management Exercise to undertake a review of NAWASA’s existing job classification and performance management system.

The consultant is expected to complete within 3 months, an assessment of NAWASA’s existing job classification and performance management system to determine its suitability to:

  • Measure and systematically assess job value and compensation internally and relative to the local business environment.
  • Recognise and motivate good performers and encourage continuous improvement through the organisation.

The Terms of Reference is available for collection at the Office of the General Manager, NAWASA, the Carenage, St George’s, between 8 am and 3 pm or by contacting the Human Resources Manager at [email protected].

Proposals must be submitted by 3 pm on Friday, 14 August 2020 in a sealed envelope and addressed to the General Manager, National Water and Sewerage Authority, PO Box 392, The Carenage, St George’s, Grenada.
