Andy Williams, 39 years, a carpenter of Diamond, St Mark has been charged with one count of sexual intercourse with a female under the age of 13 on Thursday, 6 September 2018.
He was granted bail in the sum of $10,000 with one surety and is due to appear at the Victoria Magistrate’s Court on Thursday, 29 November 2018.
