The Samaritan Presbyterian School in St Mark, on Monday, received a contribution of 208 books from the Rotaract Club of Grenada as part of its ‘Adopt a School Programme.’ The Rotaract Club is a service organisation, with one of its primary mandate being service to the community.

The school was selected as the partner institution for the Rotaract year 2017 – 2018. This is the 2nd presentation made to the school, following an initial donation of stationery supplies during the first school term.

Principal Gerard Cudjoe expressed his gratitude, as the donation, he said, was very timely, noting many efforts to have an active school library for the students of the institution.

The Rotaract Club of Grenada will be continuing with its support to the institution and has already identified 2 projects that will be pursued before year end.

More details about the Rotaract Club of Grenada and its activities can be found on the Club’s Facebook Page at https://www.facebook.com/rotaractgrenada/.
