Raphael Telesford aka ‘Turtus’ and ‘Alison,’ 59-year-old from New Hampshire, St George who had been reported missing since 21 June, have been found.
Telesford was found about 10 am on Saturday, 24 June, 2017 in Constantine, St George and is currently warded at the Mt Gay Hospital.
