The Traffic Department of the Eastern Policing Division is advising motorists and the general public that vehicular traffic will be restricted along the Crochu public road as of 8:30 am on Monday, 23 May 2016, to facilitate the viewing of the body of the late Bishop Vincent Darius at the St Martin De Porres Roman Catholic Church, Crochu, St Andrew.
Motorists travelling in a southeasterly direction will be diverted through Felix Park, onto Lambert Bridge to the main road or any alternative route.
Motorists travelling in a northeasterly direction will proceed as normal along the Eastern Main Road.
Motorists are urged to give themselves additional time to get to their destination.
This advisory will remain in effect until the end of the Memorial Mass which is expected to conclude at 7 pm.
