MWAG is deeply saddened over the passing of Eslee Carberry, who passed away on 5 March 2015, at the age of 78.
Carberry was one of the first editors of the Jewel newspaper at the time of the anti-Gary uprising. He was owner and writer of the Caribbean ECHO newspaper in the 1980s.
Surely the media fraternity has lost a great writer and journalist.
Our deepest sympathies go out to his family and followers. May God give you the comfort and peace that you seek and may the soul of your loved one rest in peace.
