Police investigators have formally charged a teenager in connection with the death of his grandmother.
17 year old Joshua Mitchell, who was charged with non-capital murder and rape, appeared before the Grenville Magistrate’s Court yesterday, Monday, 24 November 2014. He has been remanded to prison and is due to reappear in court on Monday, 8 December 2014.
Doril Mithcell, 84, was found dead in her home on Sunday, 16 November 2014 with multiple bruises. An autopsy report revealed she was strangled to death.
