I am at total loss that Grenada has a bureau of standards yet Grenadians are forced to fend for themselves.

How does the bureau handle complains and what level authority does bureau have?

A few years ago, I bought an oven which came with all the instructions in Spanish. I called and complained about and nothing come of it.

I bought a standup fan, before leaving the store i asked if the fan stops working what will happen. The store owner response was you own it.

No one is ever held accountable. Poor people suffer.
