Grenada is given vaccines for all its people and the resource is not used and mismanaged. This should be a lesson for any future handout from other generous countries.
Good to see vaccinations going up, this coupled with following the protocols is why cases are dropping. I hope to see booster doses rolling out soon, we can’t allow Keith Mitchell to be the only one to get it.
